Disabled Students Allowance

The Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) can pay for specialist support and equipment to help you succeed in you studies. However, accessing funds from DSA can sometimes seem like a complicated process – but don’t let that put you off applying! The Disability Adviser at your university or college can help you, or you can contact the Higher York Access Centre.

The Higher York Access Centre: AbilityNet is a unique collaboration between the Higher York institutions to ensure their students get the best possible support when applying for the Disabled Students' Allowance.

For information about the DSA application process and Frequently Asked Questions visit the Higher York Access Centre website
